Chef Umberto Ferrari manages the restaurant. He has studied and worked throughout Europe and the United States as a professional chef of haute cuisine and qualified sommelier. Chef Umberto cherishes his education in some of the world’s best Italian and international restaurants including Rigoletto of Reggiolo, the Maria Luigia of Collecchio and the San Domenico of New York.
Chef Umberto is pleased to share the cuisine of his home in Lunigiana. Everything he serves is fresh and local. He strives to make every meal with the intimacy of a family dinner and the quality of fine dining.
